Off Balance

As it began storming outside, Larry ran toward the beach house. He and his twin sister Laura had decided to spend the summer as each other, so they secretly switched bodies before their week-long family vacation on the coast. In one instant, he nearly regretted that decision. As Larry ran inside, he tried sharply turning the corner and nearly wiped out on the kitchen island. Muscle memory betrayed him; his new proportions were all askew.

Larry took a moment as he caught himself. His legs were shorter and curved inwards towards smaller feet. He had less leverage for balance, as his shoulders were closer together and his arms had less weight to throw around. His spine curved inwards and then outwards again, and his pelvis was a different shape altogether. His breasts weren't substantial (yet), but they were sensitive enough to be an mental obstacle. Girls have such strange bodies, Larry thought to himself. That wasn't even considering the difference in genitalia.
