Overcoming Mountains

Ralph couldn't believe his surroundings when he woke up. The sound of beeping hospital equipment, the nearby chatter of doctors and nurses, the distant and panicked begging of gagged patients in another room; he had no idea what was happening. Even more unbelievable however, was the sight that lay before him. Two large mounds where his chest should be. He regained enough feeling in his arm to pull the covers down, and the body of a naked woman presented itself. Ralph just about passed out from shock.

He didn't know why he was in a woman's body or what was going on, but he figured this was not a safe place to stay and wait for answers. For all he knew he had been kidnapped by some mad scientist, and his brain had been surgically transplanted into that of a busty, young woman. He quickly began getting dressed.

As Ralph scrambled to put on nearby clothes, the size of his new breasts became impossible to ignore. Jesus fuck, he thought to himself. These things are huge! After fumbling with a bra for several minutes, he finally managed to squeeze a tight T-shirt over top of them. These are not going to make running away an easy task.
